China World Trade Center Tower 3, also known as Beijing World Trade Center Phase III, is the tallest building in Beijing. Located at the northwest corner of the East Third Ring Road and Jianguomenwai Street Interchange, it is located in the core area of Beijing's central business district, covers an area of 6.27 hectares, with a total construction area of 540,000 square meters. It was completed in 2007, 330 meters high and 80 floors. Beijing World Trade Center Phase III is combined with China World Trade Center Phase I and Phase II, making the total area of China World Trade Center reach 17 hectares, with a total construction area of 1.1 million square meters, making it the world's largest international trade center today.
The design was done by SOM of the United States, and WITL International of Hong Kong, and the structural consultant was Oupa OAP, who created an unforgettable landmark building. This project uses seven-color brand sub-silver gray aluminum veneer for decoration, with a supply volume of 86,000 square meters. The project won the "China Building Application Quality Demonstration Project" award.
